Sycuan Resort is the San Diego resort for everything you seek in a family vacation, including tennis. From our 11 well-maintained, lighted, hard surface courts to our full service amenities to our stunning setting, Sycuan's Tennis Club is second to none. We also offer Tennis Club Memberships, which are extremely popular with local residents.

At Sycuan, we gear the game of tennis for everyone: adults, youth, beginners and seasoned players. Our professional Tennis Staff is standing by to provide valuable lessons, state-of-the-art equipment, helpful advice and handy services.

We can even create a match for you to play at your skill level for fun or competition. Our comfortable clubhouse offers a Pro Shop, locker rooms, and a lounge area.

While you're here, take lessons from the best. Head Pro Albert (Al) LeClair and Assistant Pro Patty Tibbitts have instructed at Sycuan Resort for over a decade and have taught professionally for more than 40 years all together. Al and Patty teach Private and Semi-Private Lessons for all ages and skill levels, as well as Junior Clinics and Camps.

Become a great addition to our Club. We have approximately 200 Tennis Club memberships, ages 5 to 80. Membership fees are below and allow access to tennis courts, Clubhouse, Tennis Club services and swimming pools at the resort.

  • $300 Initiation Fee
  • $75/month for Single
  • $85/month for Family
  • $55/month for Junior (age 18 and younger)

Members' guests may play up to twice per quarter for a $7/day fee.
Hotel guests may play for a $7/day fee (same day 24 hour access).
No charge for minors if accompanied by a guardian.

  • Ball Machine: May be rented by the hour for $7.50
  • Demo Racquets: The latest Head, Wilson, and Prince racquets are available free of charge to members.
  • Ball Hoppers/Balls: Loaners are available free of charge.
  • Racquet Re-grip: We will re-grip your racquet free of charge.
  • Racquet Stringing: We offer stringing for as low as $21.50. Almost any string type is available, with next-day service.
